Being able to write AND read in crummy weather is enough, but the sturdy paper stock stands up to repeatedly being jammed into and taken out of a pocket numerous times. The paper is also the correct size to slide into the various widgets that hold dope cards.

Perfect for taking notes on the line then transferring to a log book. Pocket size is easy to cary and use

A notebook that won't let you down

I've been using RNR books for years, and they are really the only commercially available book that I have ever used that won't fade with time or run in wet conditions, which includes being in sweaty or rained on gear.
